During your time here we don’t want you to sweat the small stuff so BASF will cover the entire cost of your educational program, including books! **When you’re not studying you will have opportunities to…** Work hands-on in our White Stone, SC surfactants plant you will learn to: + Test raw materials, in-process samples, and final samples. + Perform routine calculations and decisions for making process adjustments as required. + To accurately record in databases like SAP and communicate the test results. + Responsible for standardizations of all reagents used in the laboratory. + Perform internal standard testing for maintenance & failure prevention of laboratory equipment and reagents. + Be responsible for reporting unsafe laboratory equipment, behaviors, and conditions. + Maintain supply of solvents and safe disposal of wastes.
