Job Description

The Associate of Manufacturing will join our dynamic production team in Thousand Oaks. This role supports development, clinical, and launch activities. Under general supervision, the associate will perform manufacturing operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include hands-on operations such as setup, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment, preparing buffers/media, following GMP documents with strict adherence to safety and compliance, performing in-process sampling, monitoring critical processes, and basic troubleshooting. Additional duties involve maintaining an organized workspace, working in a clean room environment, initiating quality reports, drafting and revising documents, and identifying improvements related to routine functions.
