Adecco Healthcare & Lifesciences is currently looking to hire a skilled Laboratory Technician for their client in Clark ,NJ location . Job Type - Temp (6months with possible extension ) Shift hours - 8am to 5pm (M-F) Pay -25.22/HR **Roles and Responsibilities -** Assisting in formula development of skincare products (creams, lotions, serums, toners, SPF's) to bring to the market. + Batch different formulation trials in the lab to evaluate texture, stability and aesthetics. + Set up and monitor stability to ensure highest quality of products. + Check formula specs (color, odor appearance, viscosity, pH, Microscope) to ensure formula stability. + Collaborate with support teams (analytical, microbiology, processing engineers, etc) to assist for formulation development and ensure quality of products. + Able to multitask throughout the day to handle multiple different tasks of the formulation process as well as multiple projects at the same time. **Education/Skill** + Bachelor's degree in science-related field, strong interest in the cosmetic industry. + Computer literacy, excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. + Team-player and positive attitude, and intellectually curious to learn. 1-3 Years of Experience.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
