Our locations are Palo Alto, CA US, New York City, NY US, Kohler, WI US, Seoul, Korea, and Tel Aviv, Israel. **In your role as Lab Technician** **at Kohler Ventures you will:** + Work directly with the Head of Hardware, hardware engineering team, and product teams. + Act as a champion for building and improving machinery, including electronics. + Build and test new products and platforms that scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures. + Design, purchase, modify, apply, improve, and manage test equipment, jigs,andfixtures,as well as handleannual calibration for measuring instruments. + Operatethe hardwareengineering lab incompliancewith internalandexternal laboratory safety rules, regulations,andlaws. **Skills/Requirements** **Qualifications** + 5 to 10 years of professional experience in electronics/electrical hardware manufacturing, development, or testing. + Associtate's degree in mechatronics engineering, electronics, medical (device) engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline from a reputable academic institution. + Strong foundation in electrical and electronic engineering fundamentals and practices. + Solid understanding of mechanical parts, structures, and mechanisms. + Provenability to build, test and analyze electronic devicesfollowingSOPs(Standard OperatingProcedures), work instructions,and related protocols. + Strong skills in suggesting solutions and improvements based on analyzing test results. + Hands-on experience in assembling and building electronics for consumer and IT devices. + Proficiency in designing, applying and managing test equipment, jigs, and fixtures. + A positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation to drive change. + Excellent collaboration skills across teams, geographies, and functions. + Strong written and verbal English communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Experience in building, manufacturing, and testing imaging devices such as smartphones, digital cameras, and CCTV systems. + Strong technical experience in assembling and reworking electronic PCBAs and devices. + Exceptional reporting and documentation skills for test results, working/reworking instructions, and related processes. + An open mindset for international and intercultural work collaboration. **Please provide your resume in both Korean and English to be considered.** **Why Choose Kohler?** We empower each associate to #BecomeMoreAtKohler with a competitive total rewards package to support your health and wellbeing, access to career growth and development opportunities, a diverse and inclusive workplace, and a strong culture of innovation.
