Labeling Designer

Job Summary: Label Design Specialist responsible for developing and testing label designs, applying GS-1 compliant barcodes, and working within a regulated medical device or pharma environment.

Requirements:

Experience developing and testing label designs from templates using Codesoft and SQL databases

Working level understanding of barcode grading and applying GS-1 compliant barcodes

Experience in a medical device or pharma regulated environment

Responsibilities:

Design templates from redlines for package and pouch labels in Codesoft

Transfer template designs to TK Central database and export/import data in SQL

Implement UDI and part number barcodes in 1-D and 2-D configurations

Edit files with focus on labels to PCH approved drawing changes, ensuring electronic and hard copy files are current

Manage and implement all UDI barcode compliance according to FDA guidelines for all product labels

Develop and test label designs and templates using Codesoft and SQL databases, preferably with Codesoft 2018 enterprise version and TK Central database transfers

Develop IFU and print spec documents using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator

Assist with label updates, production, and troubleshooting

Pay: 40-45

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
