Labeling Specialist

Responsible for creating, reviewing, and reproducing medical product labeling to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Adobe CS3 (or later) publishing suite

Strong proofing skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory labeling requirements

Knowledge of labeling regulations in the US and international markets

Ability to evaluate and recommend improvements to labeling processes

Job Responsibilities:

Create, review, and reproduce content for labeling medical products using graphic design or labeling software

Ensure labeling, art, film, and plate proofs comply with all relevant requirements

Monitor changes in labeling regulations both domestically and internationally

Recommend process improvements to labeling workflows, quality, and system tools

Maintain accurate documentation and records of labeling revisions and approvals


 Pay: 38-42

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
