Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Labeling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and advanced computer skills. As a Labeling Specialist, you will create and manage labeling and UDI change processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and medical requirements.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage labeling and UDI change processes within the document management systems.Create and modify product labels or other labeling materials, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and medical requirements.Facilitate end-user training and assist in identifying and resolving business and technical problems.Perform analysis and audits of UDI or Labeling data to support regulatory compliance and cross-functional business requirements.Manage UDI master data and workflow via internal IT systems.Manage concurrent deadlines and meet deadlines for assigned tasks.Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify methods of resolution.Comply with world-wide labeling and UDI regulations and cross-functional business requirements.Adhere to company initiatives in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), RDA worldwide regulations, business requirements, company policies, and operating procedures.Essential SkillsAdvanced computer skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working in a regulated environment or industry (e.g., manufacturing, quality, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Communications, Regulatory, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent combination of education and work experiencePrevious experience in label design work with preference in labeling design systems such as Bartender, enLabelExperience working with document control systems, especially WindchillDesign experience in Adobe Acrobat Create Suite, namely Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or PhotoshopExperience with label printer qualifications (IQ, OQ, and PQ) activitiesExperience with troubleshooting label printers and maintenance-related activities to support production and line down situationsWork Environment
This is an onsite position (M-F). You will engage with project teams both locally and remotely to support individual project needs.
