Job Title: Labeling Specialist
Job Description

The Labeling Specialist will be responsible for creating labels, obtaining approvals, and collaborating with design engineers and regulatory affairs to bring labels to fruition for products or manufacturing equipment. They will also manage label changes and work with change control engineers regarding modifications to existing products or equipment. The labels designed must pass certifications for US and European markets/regulatory bodies.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and design labels for products and manufacturing equipment.Obtain necessary approvals for label designs.Collaborate with design engineers and regulatory affairs to develop labels.Manage and implement changes to existing labels.Ensure labels meet certification requirements for US and European markets.Work with change control engineers on product/equipment modifications.Essential Skills2+ years of labeling design or regulatory experience.Experience with medical devices and ISO standards.Familiarity with Prizym labeling software.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Knowledge of FDA regulations and regulatory affairs.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with the client is preferred.Customer mindset.Attention to detail.Strong organizational skills.Work Environment

The work environment is hybrid with 2 days remote, with the potential to be 100% remote if all must-have skills are met. The role involves being part of a global team located in Kalamazoo, Freiburg/Germany, and Cork/Ireland. Consultants will receive 2-3 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $84.00
