Come join us! **Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Work with Economic Impact Team to help generate KPI performance reports for workforce and inclusion. + Identify state/federal wage requirements and provide federal wage rates for inclusion. + Maintain and optimize business engagement database; maintain compliance reports and ad hoc data. + Coordinate with and act as Point of Contact with Project Team and client's stakeholders to present labor compliancerequirements at pre-bid and pre-construction meetings. + Review contractor labor policies for compliance with state and federal regulations. + Train contractors and staff to ensure compliance. + Understand certified payroll reports and/or other payroll related/labor compliance documents. + Track changes and updates to state/federal labor compliance and wage regulations. + Update the labor compliance practices accordingly. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree or business-related field. + Labor compliance experience /duties for a public agency(ies) with large, multi-billion-dollar capital programs. + High proficiency of LCP Tracker. **Compensation:** $72,800-$135,200 hourly The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law.
