Job Type: FT 0.8-1.0 | Nights | Weekends per MNA Contract

$30,000 Sign-on Bonus with two (2) year commitment to that role. Open to external applicates who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hireACLS and NRP are required within six (6) months of hireWHONN FHM and STABLE within the first yearOne (1) year of recent Labor & Delivery experience preferredBSN preferredRNC-OB and/or RNC-EFM certification preferred

Department/Unit Summary

The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines.
