Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their Employment Practice Group in New York.

  Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in New York. NJ, PA, or CT Bar admissions are a plus. 2–5 years of substantive experience in employment-related litigation and transactional employment work. Experience handling wage and hour class actions, discrimination cases, and contract disputes in federal and state court and administrative agencies like the Department of Labor. Transactional experience, including drafting employment-related documents (e.g., employment and severance agreements, workplace policies, employee handbooks) and conducting federal and state employment law research. Familiarity with traditional labor law, wage and hour audits, and conducting employment training is desirable. Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple assignments, and a high sense of urgency.   Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in employment-related litigation matters, including discrimination claims, wage and hour class actions, and administrative agency proceedings. Draft and review employment and severance agreements, workplace policies, employee handbooks, and related documents. Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws, as well as conduct wage and hour audits. Assist clients with employment training programs and traditional labor law matters. Provide strategic and practical advice on complex employment law issues.   Why Join Us?
