Beacon Hill's client, a national law firm, is seeking mid-to-senior level labor and employment attorneys due to firm growth. This alternative-track contract role offers flexible billable hours, interesting legal assignments, and direct interaction with clients.

Location: Hybrid, San Diego, CA 92101. The hybrid schedule consists of 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week remote. Initially, it's recommended that new attorneys spend more time in the office for the first 3-6 months to establish relationships, etc.Start: ASAPDuration: open-ended, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent roleHours: Full-timeHourly pay: $50-$80 per hour, depending on experience

Ideal Candidate:
