Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Partner to join their team in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class/PAGA litigation, while advising a sophisticated client base on cutting-edge legal issues.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Nevada.
7+ years of substantive experience in labor & employment (L&E) litigation.
Strong background in single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class/PAGA litigation.
Proven ability to manage cases independently, develop litigation strategies, and oversee junior attorneys.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to provide strategic counsel to clients.
A demonstrated track record of client development and maintaining strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a broad range of L&E litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, and PAGA claims.
Manage all phases of litigation, from case assessment and discovery to motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.
Counsel clients on labor and employment compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance strategies.
Take a leadership role within the firm, mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.
Collaborate with a team of highly skilled attorneys to deliver exceptional legal services.
