Job Title: Labor Foreman
Job Description

We are looking for a Labor Foreman to lead a crew of skilled laborers at a construction site. The Labor Foreman will assign tasks, ensure safety, maintain work quality, and oversee daily operations, including managing timekeeping, material distribution, and basic project planning to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Work Environment

The work environment includes an 80-acre quarry in Prospect Park, NJ, used for sorting and recycling demolition debris. The quarry will be repurposed for future construction projects. The team is supported by an internal office staff and works closely with multiple companies. The current project is expected to be completed by 2055. The role involves monitoring conveyor belts and sorting out metal and plastic debris from crushed stone.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Prospect Park, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00
