Seeking a Labor Relations Support Specialist.  The Labor Relations Support Specialist assists OCS managers in the administration and coordination of labor relations activities, including performance monitoring, grievance resolutions, and coordination with the ACF Labor Employee Relations Team. They help prepare reports, maintain labor relations records, and facilitate communication between management and employees or union representatives. This role involves gathering data, ensuring compliance with labor agreements, and assisting with conflict resolution processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of labor laws are important for success in this position.
 Position Requirements: College degree Need to be knowledgeable of federal labor laws Need to have at least 3 years of experience in labor and employee relations in federal government #M2
