The Laboratory Administrator is responsible for all operations (administrative, technical, and fiscal) of the Glens Falls Hospital Laboratory and associated facilities and services. The Laboratory Administrator, in close collaboration with the Laboratory Medical and Administrative Director, assures the quality of all laboratory testing whether performed in the lab or in other departments.

Oversees all routine and special laboratory testing performedDemonstrates effectiveness in coordinating the laboratory departments’ operationsResponsible for ensuring positive partnerships and cooperation with the medical staff, and other GFH departments and AMHS Laboratories to assure timely, accurate and cost effective testing for the diagnosis or treatment of all patients and responding timely to correct identified issues.
