**Laboratory Analyst** Laboratory Richland, WA, US Pay Rate Low: $18.29 | Pay Rate High: $18.29 + Added - 03/02/2025 Apply for Job **_This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing accessible, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders, helping individuals, families, and communities on their path to recovery._** **Location- Richland, Washington** **Shifts: Tuesday - Friday 7am - 4:30 pm, Saturday 6am - 10am** **Key Responsibilities-** + Handles and processes specimens for toxicology and medical laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols. + Follows a two-step matching ID process to verify patient specimens per Ideal Option policy. + Identifies and troubleshoots sample or order errors, following established guidelines for resolution. + Communicates with internal departments to address and resolve specimen-related issues. + Operates computer systems to enter patient data, track specimens, and retrieve test results. + Maintains accurate documentation, including quality records and patient medical records. + Assists in ordering and managing laboratory supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels. **Minimum Qualifications-** + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required. + **Experience:** 1 year of laboratory experience preferred. + S **kills:** Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. + **Abilities:** Capable of performing repetitive routine specimen processing with accuracy and consistency. + **Systems Experience:** No specific LIMS/PM tool experience required. + **Other:** Strong soft skills, including the ability to follow protocols and maintain compliance with laboratory procedures. **\#INDBH** **\#LIDNP** We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
