Laboratory Assistant/Лаборант

Main Accountabilities:

Manages or makes laboratory analyzes of grain and products of its processing to determine compliance with applicable standards. Controls the correctness of laboratory tests and measurements by laboratory technicians. Provides correct storage of grain samples in the laboratory, monitors their depersonalization. Prepares samples from incoming and shipping grain batches to determine grain safety indicators, incl. presence or absence of genetically modified organisms. Takes part in the interlaboratory tests. Carries out work to ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment. Monitors the state of the environment (temperature, humidity) of special rooms where the tests are conducted
