Job Title: Laboratory Assistant
Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Laboratory Assistant to join our team. This position is for Monday through Wednesday, totaling approximately 24 hours a week, with a 1st shift schedule from 8:30am to 5pm. The role involves cleaning dishes, dumping post-enriched samples, and general cleaning. This position is a temporary cover for an employee on medical leave, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

The Laboratory Assistant will work within a laboratory environment throughout the day. The role involves performing micro lab testing for 80% to 90% of the day, with one to two hours dedicated to documentation, cleaning, and other remedial tasks. The work schedule offers some flexibility with hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, either 8am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6pm. This position offers hands-on experience and learning opportunities in a rapidly growing site. As a national company, there are various internal career opportunities for those open to relocating.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
