• Safety testing/assessment of Medical device in accordance with UL/IEC 60601. • Safety testing/assessment of Measuring, Control, Laboratory device in accordance with UL/IEC 61010. • Safety testing/assessment of Personal hygiene device in accordance with UL1431. • Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain UL procedures and requirements and negotiate completion date and sample requirements. • Establishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying UL requirements. • Coordinates laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to technicians, scheduling and reviewing work of laboratory technicians and engineering support staff, and establishing completion dates. • Performs other duties as directed + University Degree in Engineering (in related field of work) or equivalent work experience. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service. + Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory Personnel to complete projects in a timely manner with high quality. + Demonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs. + Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers. + Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative Desire to work in a team-oriented environment. + Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing.
