Come join a growing team in Houston focusing on clinical research and development process for new therapeutics!_ _This position supports research trial activity for specimen collection on a global scale including assembling kits, distributing kits worldwide, tracking kits, and receiving and logging in patient specimens and general supplies, and may also be responsible for some simple tasks in laboratory._ **Pay:** $18-$19/hr DOE **Schedule:** Tues-Sat 8am-5pm **Location:** Houston, TX **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** + Receiving, inspecting, and logging in patient specimens + Tracking kits for expiration, delivery status, etc. + Contributing to portions of the laboratory project work scopes as needed + Coordinating sample shipment/receipt with clinical sites and package carriers + Input kit and sample inventories in database + Communicating with package couriers and customers + Receiving laboratory supplies **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelors Degree preferred; High school diploma required. + Previous Inventory experience with hazardous materials or specimens + Ability to occasionally lift heavy objects _**This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
