Sentara Health is hiring an experienced Lab Quality Coordinator to work full time days at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA. This position will require travel to other Sentara facilities in Woodbridge, VA, Harrisonburg, VA, and South Boston, VA.

The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for the management of processes to support ongoing compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards system-wide. Interfaces and collaborates with leadership, medical and laboratory staff to establish and implement ongoing compliance, survey readiness, and to meet accreditation and compliance goals. Researches and obtains clarity of standard compliance requirements while keeping leadership informed on progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors level degree

- ASCP or AMT certification

- 5 years of related experience required
