Laboratory Supervisor

We are currently seeking experienced Laboratory Supervisors for Toowoomba and Brisbane, each to lead a laboratory team which supports the Concrete, Precast and Quarry divisions of Wagners. 

Your key focus will be to uphold quality assurance measures, and you will adhere to standards to ensure Wagners products have the utmost integrity and procedure compliance.

Your Responsibilities

Lead a team of laboratory technicians, and support them throughout their duties including planning tasksEnsure compliance with ISO9001 & ISO17025 requirementsCoordination of laboratory workload and trainingUndertake laboratory administration and reporting to a high standard

Demonstrated Skills and Experience

Prioritise safety, integrity, environment and quality when completing testing Experience in a similar position within the laboratory industryExperience leading others or experience working in productive teams, with a passion to begin leading!Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
