**The position** From May 2025, we are looking for a reliable and motivated team member for the operation of our chemical storage facility. This flexible part-time job is ideally suited for students, career re-entrants and all those who want to work part-time for various reasons. **Tasks & responsibilities** + Operation of the fully automatic storage system (Kardex HoKa®) + Processing of electronic orders by synthesis employees + Registration and recording of newly supplied chemicals as well as timely delivery of chemicals to the laboratories + Support for research projects (analytics, distribution of compounds within research, documentation of experiments and writing of SOPs) + Support for global shipments of chemicals **Requirements** + Started or completed apprenticeship / studies (HTL, Fachschule, Bachelor, Master) with a focus on chemistry or comparable qualification + Basic experience in dealing with chemicals and hazardous substances is strictly necessary + Great communication and team skills, as well as willingness to learn and openness to new technologies and processes + Diligence, reliability, flexibility and strong organizational skills + Very good command of written and spoken English Please note that employment takes place via one of our external partners.
