General Summary
Performs a variety of general support and technical duties in specimen processing, send out testing, clerical office, blood resources, anatomic pathology, and/or a technical section. May function in on- and/or off-site service areas. May work any part of a 24-hour period. May perform occasional in-charge duties in the absence of immediate supervisor. Routinely obtains and disseminates information. May be required to accept on-call responsibilities.

Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Maintains professional growth and development. Maintains required records, reports, and statistics as directed.
