In addition to competitive pay, we also offer: + Health benefits available Day 1 + 401k available Day 1 + 10+ paid holidays/year + Free HAZWOPER training and certification + Overtime opportunities + Ability to be cross-trained into different roles This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine laboratory tests in support of production. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Perform QA/QC on all samples for incoming waste + Log all results into computer data base and/or logbooks + Notify Laboratory Manager and Operations Manager of off specification containers + Maintain all lab equipment + Make suggestions to Laboratory Manager on methods to improve laboratory flow and quality + Operate the lab in a safe and efficient manner + Aid the Laboratory Manager with inventory control of supplies + Continually grow knowledge of laboratory information and expertise + Properly log and perform all checks, standards and calibrations + Occasional over-time and weekend work + Use of company-provided personal protective equipment is required + Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management **Basic Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + 1+ years’ experience in a laboratory setting **Preferred Qualifications:** + 2 or more years of prior laboratory experience + 40-hour HAZWOPER training + Experience with basic lab techniques and calculations + Knowledge of Gas Chromatography and/or ICP-OES + Knowledge of chemical compatibilities Clean Earth offers competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans starting on the first day of employment; paid time off, wellness benefits, employee discount program, tuition assistance, and a 401k with company matching.
