Laboratory Technician

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Laboratory Technician** to join our client’s team in Somerset, NJ.
In this role, you will perform a variety of laboratory tasks, including analytical testing, sample preparation, and equipment operation. You will be responsible for adhering to strict quality control standards and safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**
+ Associate's degree preferred or high school diploma with relevant experience.
+ Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
+ Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct routine analytical testing assignments, applying judgment and initiative to determine methods and procedures for new tasks.
+ Perform standard laboratory operations, such as reagent handling and dispensing.
+ Accurately read measurements on laboratory glassware and follow written instructions.
+ Assist in sample preparation and solution preparation.
+ Adhere to laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety regulations.
+ Utilize laboratory software to analyze data and generate reports.
+ Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
+ Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
