Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with a Bachelor's degree to gain experience in a professional laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities:

Sample Preparation: Assist with the preparation, handling, and processing of biological samples.Laboratory Support: Maintain laboratory equipment, clean glassware, and sterilize instruments according to lab protocols and safety guidelines.Experimentation: Support ongoing research projects by preparing reagents, conducting assays, and performing basic laboratory tests under the guidance of senior scientists and lab managers.Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record experimental data, observations, and outcomes. Assist in maintaining detailed and organized lab notebooks and databases.Quality Control: Follow strict quality control and safety standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Adhere to protocols and SOPs for all laboratory processes.Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of lab supplies, reorder materials as needed, and ensure proper storage and handling of reagents and chemicals.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other laboratory personnel to support ongoing research projects and contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field.Experience: No prior professional experience is required, but laboratory experience (through coursework, internships, or research) is preferred.Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed protocols accurately.Problem-Solving: Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues with equipment or experimental results.Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings and work within a team environment.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry tools. Familiarity with lab management software is a plus.Safety Awareness: Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle lab equipment.
