Job Description:

As a Laboratory Technician in our manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by performing laboratory tests, maintaining records, and supporting our quality control processes. You will work alongside our production team to monitor and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, making sure that they meet our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods in accordance with established protocols.Ensure proper documentation of test results and maintain accurate records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Monitor and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.Assist in troubleshooting product or process deviations and work with production teams to address issues.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.Assist in preparation of samples, preparation of lab reagents, and other laboratory support functions as needed.Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory setting is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Lab or Food Quality Assurance are strongly encouraged to apply.Skills:Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Proficiency in basic laboratory equipment and techniques.Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a manufacturing or food-related industry.Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as pH meters, microscopes, and spectrophotometers.Knowledge of quality control practices and standards in a regulated industry.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing company.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional growth and development opportunities.A collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
