Job Title: Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. Under guidance and within established procedures, you will perform insect midgut dissection and collection to support our research and development initiatives. This role involves working with live roots and larvae in plants, contributing to our ongoing projects.

ResponsibilitiesPerform insect midgut dissection and collection in support of research and development.Identify and suggest improvements in methods and project plans of limited duration and scope.Troubleshoot when erroneous or unexpected results occur.Work with live roots and larvae in plants.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.No extensive laboratory experience required.Ability to perform manual tasks as required.Work Environment

This position operates in a laboratory environment with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
