Laboratory Technician
Our client is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the production support QC Labs, contributing to the quality control efforts that ensure the integrity of products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a results-driven approach which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Laboratory Technician **Location:** Delaware, OH 3p-11p, 2nd shift hours **Pay Range:** $22/hr **What's the Job?** + Identify and troubleshoot batch QC result abnormalities and take action as able. + Test all production samples as required, following SOPs, performing test methods accurately, and recording all test results. + Support project and continuous improvement work as needed to help maintain project timelines. + Collaborate with other QC teams, production, and technical groups to independently disposition batches. + Maintain all laboratory equipment and perform required calibrations as assigned. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree required; degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering preferred. + 1 year of academic or professional laboratory experience and proven ability to accurately apply laboratory methods. + Ability to work weekends as dictated by business need. + Ability to work additional overtime as determined by business and project needs. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Gain hands-on experience in quality control and laboratory operations. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. + Be part of a team that values your input and ideas. + Develop your skills and advance your career in the laboratory field.
