Job Overview:

In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the research, development, and production processes. You will perform a variety of laboratory tests, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. You'll work alongside a talented team of scientists and engineers, contributing to the creation of world-class products that make a difference globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including HPLC, spectrometers, microscopes, and other analytical instruments.Prepare and maintain accurate records of testing results, maintaining detailed documentation of all procedures and results.Analyze data and generate reports to communicate findings to supervisors and other team members.Follow strict safety protocols and laboratory best practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Support the development and improvement of laboratory processes and testing methods.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Associates degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, etc.) or equivalent experience.Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in manufacturing or quality control.Technical Skills: Experience with laboratory testing equipment (HPLC, titration, color testing, spectrometers, etc.) and laboratory software.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report test data.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO, FDA, or similar).Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., LIMS systems).
