**Job Title: Colour Laboratory technician** **Contract on W2 for a duration of 12+ months (Possibility for extensions)** **Work type onsite from Cleveland, OH, 44111** **Pay budget - $18 - $21/hr on W2** **NOTE: Hours and working days are non-negotiable** **Shift: Late shift weekdays, Monday -Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am** **Required** • Minimum of two-year technical degree preferred (Quality, Engineering, or other sciences) or three or more years of related experience and/or training • Two (2) years’ analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** • Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.  • Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.  • Records test results on batch tickets and in company’s computer operating system.  • Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions • Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests • Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments • Maintain housekeeping of the working place • Respect Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy • Evaluates the retains of production batches in response to quality complaints. • Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
