We are seeking a Laboratory Technician with a strong scientific background to assist with biomedical research studies, specifically supporting in vitro hemocompatibility testing of blood-contacting devices. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct in vitro hemocompatibility testing of blood-contacting devices. + Follow experimental protocols and perform laboratory tasks independently and under guidance. + Assist in preparing data for reporting and presentations. + Set up, clean, and operate laboratory equipment. + Collaborate with scientists to optimize and troubleshoot technical assays. + Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 1-3 years of experience with an Associate degree in Biology or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Hands-on experience with cell-based assays, hemocompatibility evaluation, and/or microscopy. + Ability to quickly learn new techniques and adapt to a dynamic environment. + Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. **Pay Details:** $34.00 to $36.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
