Job DescriptionDeliver laboratory induction training to all new joinersDevelop and deliver technical scientific training / training courses according to the needs of the different departments;Collaborate with operational leads in developing / delivering new courses;Provide support on training matters during audits and inspectionsCommunicate and escalate training updates to next management level as requiredEnsuring that all training schedules are running as planed and taking proactive action to ensure same.Perform training daily, face-to-face or virtualWork side-by-side with current trainers to share training responsibilities and work loadDevelop additional training curriculum and training resources to be utilized within the department in cooperation with current trainerReport to management routinely on progress of new hires and maintain daily progress logs for each new hireQualificationsAssociates or Bachelors Degree in sciences or a teaching degree with experience in managing or teaching peopleTraining design and development experience a plus.Additional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm .
