Perform all functions necessary to produce precast product efficiently and safely as part of a team. Work with various different employees in a team environment to accomplish required tasks. Responsibilities + Read and interpret blueprints and drawings. + Must be able to read a tape measure accurately. + Pour and finish concrete in forms according to quality control standards. + Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. + Assisting during the concrete pouring process. + Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. + Perform site clean-up. + Setup and preparation of concrete forms + Pour and finish concrete according to specifications + Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete + Assist in the installation of rebar and mesh reinforcement + Clean and maintain tools and equipment + Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times + Other duties as assigned. + Must be 18 years or older Work Environment: + Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures + Work near moving machinery and equipment Physical Requirements + Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling 35-50 lbs. + Manual dexterity and the ability to work in an industrial plant environment. + Physically capable of heavy concrete construction for a sustained period of 8-10 hours per day. + Required to wear a hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses while working in our plant and/or in the yard. + Schedule + Full-Time + Monday through Friday, with some overtime work required including some Saturdays. + Pre-Employment Screening + DRUG TEST: Candidates who are identified and selected for a position are required to complete and pass a drug screen to be considered for employment. + DRUG-FREE workplace Qualifications Qualifications + Willingness to learn and communicate. + Strong safety habits. + Some manufacturing experience preferred. + Ability to work with others in a team environment.
