Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings

Moves and arranges heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances

Carefully and efficiently packs items to prevent damage while moving

Breaks down and sets up furniture items based on customer needs

Organizes items being moved to efficiently utilize available space while loading and unloading vehicles

Individual(s) will be responsible for loading, unloading & transporting office equipment/furniture & dispositioning items to locations in the National Capital region

Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen with ability to pass a thorough background and credit check to be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Public Trust security clearance

Must be 18 years or older

Must have access to reliable transportation

Must be able to lift and carry 80 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day

Must have a minimum of a HS or GED

Must be able to stand, sit, reach, bend and walk for long periods of time

Must be willing to work in all types of weather
