**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of lifting 100 pounds consistently, performing basic math, and standing on their feet for 10-12 hours per day. This role involves working with a mix sheet to create precise orders, filling bags with dry mix, and performing general labor duties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work from a mix sheet to add specific pounds of materials to create accurate orders.
+ Fill bags with dry mix up to 100 pounds.
+ Record all work and verify the correct mix using an order sheet.
+ Move bags (up to 100 pounds) from the pallet to the working station and vice versa.
+ Perform general labor duties such as cleaning each work station, moving bags, and assisting operators in setting up each station.
+ Reorganize inventory when needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Ability to stand on feet for 10-12 hours per day.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in physically demanding labor is preferred (e.g., oil and gas, steel industry, construction).

**Work Environment**
This position is in an industrial environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Candidates will be required to wear a respirator in certain areas. The work hours are 9pm - 7am, with occasional shifts from 5am - 3pm and some Saturdays. The environment is similar to a steel facility or a brick manufacturing plant.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
