Job Title: Skilled Laborer (Short-Term Position in Georgetown, Colorado)Job Description

A Vail-based General Contractor is seeking two skilled laborers for a short-term modular multifamily housing project in Georgetown, CO. This temporary opportunity spans 4-6 weeks during the month of January. You will assist the civil manager and superintendent on site.

ResponsibilitiesHandle general punch list items in finishings, including appliance setup, adjusting doors and cabinets, touching up floors, baseboards, etc.Assist the Site Civil Manager with concrete pouring and concrete flat work, including slabs for trash enclosures and lightweight concrete in hallways.Install door handles and adjust doors as needed.Perform site cleanup duties.Essential SkillsExperience in general labor and construction.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Experience in concrete work and cleanup.Ability to operate a forklift, tape measure, skid steer, and other relevant equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral Contractor construction experience is preferred.Why Work Here?
