**Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated and reliable laborer with experience in construction remodel and new construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to lift heavy objects, and possess the ability to train new hires. **Responsibilities** + Drive a truck and trailer to various job sites. + Travel around the Rochester area to residential homes to remodel and install new decks. + Utilize hand and power tools for construction tasks. + Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and saw. + Install doors and perform framing work. + Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently. + Train new hires on proper construction techniques and safety protocols. **Essential Skills** + Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. + 2.5+ years of experience in construction remodel and new construction. + Experience driving a truck and trailer. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools. + Experience with framing, drilling, and door installation. + Knowledge of commercial construction practices. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and dedication.
