**Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description** Candidates will be renovating an existing warehouse. They will use hand and power tools to assist with hanging drywall, patching holes, and painting. They will support the full-time crew to complete this work. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, along with reading a tape measure, is required. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the renovation of a warehouse + Use hand and power tools to hang drywall, patch holes, and paint + Support the full-time crew in various tasks + Ensure quality and safety standards are met **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools + Experience in drywall hanging, carpentry, or painting (minimum 2 years) + Ability to read a tape measure + OSHA 10 certification + Own hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, tape measure, blades) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in carpentry and framing + Skills in cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace **Why Work Here?** This is an excellent opportunity to secure solid work during the winter season, especially for candidates who may be laid off during this slow time of the year. The crew size consists of 10-15 employees working together on the job site. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Syracuse, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
