While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to work with hands repetitively (grabbing, handling, picking, packing, processing, etc.).  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds (i.e. – loading and unloading pallets).  Responsibilities: Apply proper product protection/ stacking/ packaging techniquesWill coordinate/interface with the Supervisor to achieve production goals and objectivesAssist the Supervisor in seeing that all work orders are followed through properly to completion and meet all specs, Accountable for all process compliance and daily reportingPackage materials into crates for shipmentOperate forklift moving product throughout facility Qualifications and Requirements: High school or equivalent (Preferred)Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructionsMust be able to perform basic math calculations related to the positionLegibly and accurately record production performance data in a timely fashion Minimum three years of manufacturing experienceBasic computer skills (including use of Microsoft Office)Must be forklift certified Benefits and Perks: $17 an hourMedical, Dental, Vision & 401K Referral bonusesWeekly payYour New Organization:Our client is a global leader in the development of protective coatings for high-performance applications. Their products are used in a variety of industries, including: Marine, Road and rail transportation, Tank containers, Chemical processing, petroleum, and refining, Tank storage and terminals, Food and beverage and Power generation.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
