**_Aerotek is Hiring for Laborers!_** **Job Description** Aerotek is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will consistently lift 75 lbs, perform basic math, and stand for 10-12 hours per day. This role involves working from a mix sheet, filling bags with dry mix, and performing general labor duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Work from a mix sheet to add specific amounts of materials to create the correct order for each client. + Fill bags with dry mix up to 100 lbs. + Use order sheets to record all work and verify the correct mix. + Move bags (up to 100 lbs) from the pallet to the workstation and then move finished bags from the workstation to the pallet. + Perform general labor duties such as cleaning each workstation, moving bags, helping operators set up each station, and reorganizing inventory as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 75 lbs consistently. + Basic math skills. + Ability to stand on feet for 10-12 hours per day. + Experience in physically demanding labor is preferred (e.g., oil and gas, steel industry, construction). **Work Environment** + This is an industrial environment that is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. + Candidates will need to wear a respirator in certain areas depending on the work. + The Robinson location operates from 9pm to 7am, with occasional shifts from 5am to 3pm and occasional Saturday work. + The overall environment is similar to that of a steel facility or a brick plant. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
