Overview Laborer- Paving crew Wage Range: $25 to $28 per hourDenver, CO We are seeking a reliable Construction Laborer to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate will assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of paved surfaces such as roads and parking lots. This role involves preparing the site, assisting with material application, operating basic machinery, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: + Prepare surfaces by clearing debris and leveling ground. + Assist in laying asphalt and other paving materials. + Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., rollers, compactors). + Maintain a safe work environment, following all safety protocols. + Clean up and restore the worksite after completion. Requirements: + Previous construction or paving experience preferred but not required. + Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks. + Strong teamwork and communication skills.
