Job Title: Laborer/Cleaner - Part-time 10am-2pm Mon-Fri

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and order of our site lock up and trailers. This role involves working 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week, performing various cleaning tasks around common areas on site. You will follow a cleaning schedule, which includes dusting tables and ledges, tidying the coffee station, cleaning windows, floors, and one bathroom. All cleaning chemicals and supplies will be provided.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexible 3-5 hour shifts, typically from 10 AM to 2 PM. The project duration may extend longer than initially planned. The site is conveniently located near a SkyTrain station, although there is no parking available in the area. You will be working on a construction site, so appropriate attire and PPE are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
