We specialize in water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, commercial, and industrial types of construction.  Job Summary JCC is looking for a laborer with equipment operating experience for our heavy civil construction project in Oakland TN. Responsibilities and Duties + Operate pneumatic and electrical tools, concrete vibrators, compactors, concrete saws, cut-off saws, jackhammers, and heavy equipment  + Dig, spread and level dirt and gravel using a pick and shovel. + Lift, carry and hold building material, tool and supplies. + Clean tools, equipment, and work areas. + Mixes, pour and spreads concrete, asphalt gravel and other material using hand tools. + Joins, wraps, seals and beds sections of underground pipe and pipe penetrations. + Must be able to understand verbal instructions. + Experience in operating heavy equipment such as a trackhoes, backhoes, loaders or excavators a plus. Qualifications and Skills + Must have a minimum of 2 years experience on a construction jobsite. + Must be able to understand verbal instructions.
