Requirements: + Ability to perform Ground Care duties - Mow lawns, weeding, snow shoveling. + Ability to do manual and unskilled maintenance repair work. + Ability to perform unskilled work repairing mechanical equipment and heating systems. + Ability to do minor electrical and plumbing repairs. + Ability to move furniture, load and unload trucks, good physical condition, strength & stamina.
