We're looking for a Laborer to join our Aerial Crew team and help connect America. If appropriately licensed, driave company vehicles as needed to jobsite. + Ensure that door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day + Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment + Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools + Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines + Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed + Perform work in all weather conditions + Other duties as assigned **What you’ll need** + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience + Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record + Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus + You have 0-1 or more years of unskilled labor experience, in telecommunications (is a plus) + Able to lift/carry 50lbs regularly and up to 75lbs as needed with or without assistance.You may be a certified pole climber or capable of demonstrating proficiency as a pole climber. + You may have knowledge of Installation of aerial and underground cables and/or support members in conformance with all applicable codes, regulations, and customer specifications (NEC Electrical Code, System and/or City Specifications). **Physical abilities & exposures** + **Routinely:** work with arms above shoulder level at heights, in confined spaces and in remote locations, climb stairs, bend, stoop, stand, walk and lift up to 55 pounds, operate vehicle & heavy machinery + **Occasionally:** use ladder, keyboard and mouse **Why work with us** We are a company united in our vision of connecting America.
