**Labour pool worker, Bathurst, NB** When you join our team as a **Labour pool worker** , you will support the mill to run smoothly by ensuring everything has a place and that the yard, sawmill, and planer are clean. **What You'll Do** + Work in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety rules and regulations. + Perform clean-ups of the yard, sawmill, and planer. + Do any other related tasks. **What You Offer** + Ability to lift 30 lbs. consistently and ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for full shifts. + Availability to workday and/or night shifts 8, 10 or 12 hours. + Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced production environment. + Ability to work well in a team. + Ability to work independently. + Be able to take initiative. **Who We Are** Interfor is a growth-oriented forest products company, operating in all major forest products markets across North America.
