Minimum requirements:
LLB Degree in Law or relevant qualification Minimum 5+ Years' experience in the CCMA and Labour Court Experience with the following: Develop and implement labour relations policies and procedures Advise management on labour law compliance and best practices Mediate workplace disputes and facilitate conflict resolution Represent the company in disciplinary hearings, grievances, and CCMA cases Maintain strong relationships with unions, employees, and regulatory bodies Conduct training for management on labour relations and legal requirements Oversee employment contracts, policies, and workplace agreements
